The tenancy deposit regulations were finalised in 2007, and have altered the way in which property is let. Landlords are no longer able to take an amount from the deposit based on what he feels is fair. Any deductions must now be itemised and justified. Any loss or damage must be proved before any money is taken.
As an independant third party, our reports detail the exact condition and contents of the property at the beginning and end of a tenancy.
